Payment Terms

Order Errors

Commission Process

• Quote: Initial consultation and project quote provided
• Deposit: 50% deposit required to begin work
• Approval: Sketches/proofs sent for your approval
• Revisions: One round of minor revisions included
• Final Payment: Balance due before shipping

Commission Rights

Upon full payment, you receive:

• The physical commissioned artwork
• Personal, non-commercial use rights

The artist retains:

• Copyright to the artwork
• Right to photograph and display the work in portfolio
• Right to create prints or reproductions for sale

Cancellations

By Customer: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel mid-project, you forfeit the deposit and any work completed to that point.

By Artist: If we must cancel a commission, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Copyright

All artwork, images, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this website are owned by Carrie Barlatier Studio and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Permitted Use

You may:

• View and browse the website for personal use
• Print or download content for personal, non-commercial reference
• Share links to our website and social media

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell our artwork without permission
