Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard Shipping 5-7 business days $15.00 flat rate
Expedited Shipping 2-3 business days $25.00
Priority Overnight 1 business day $45.00

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States!

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping rates vary based on destination and package size.

  • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days depending on destination
  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location
  • Tracking: Full tracking provided for all international orders
Important: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.

Processing Time

Prints & Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Original Artwork

Original pieces are carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days to ensure safe delivery.


Please note: Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Packaging & Protection

Every piece of artwork is treated with the utmost care:

  • Prints: Shipped flat in rigid cardboard mailers with "Do Not Bend" marking
  • Canvas & Framed Pieces: Wrapped in protective foam and bubble wrap, then boxed with corner protectors
  • Original Artwork: Extra protective packaging with archival materials to preserve the piece
  • Insurance: All shipments are fully insured for their value
Your artwork is precious to us. We use professional-grade packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  1. Email Confirmation: Shipping confirmation with tracking number
  2. Tracking Link: Direct link to track your package in real-time
  3. Delivery Updates: Notifications when your package is out for delivery

Can't find your tracking email? Check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it.

Commission Shipping

Custom commission pieces require special handling:

  • Shipping costs are quoted separately during the commission process
  • Expedited shipping available upon request
  • All commissions are shipped with full insurance and signature confirmation
  • White-glove delivery service available for large or extremely valuable pieces

Shipping Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at admin@carriebarlatier.com
  2. Provide photos of any damage (including packaging)
  3. Keep all packaging materials for insurance claims

We will work with the carrier to file a claim and will either replace your item or issue a full refund.


Delivery Delays

While rare, weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. We'll keep you updated and work to resolve any issues quickly.
