The return window begins on the date you receive your item. Items must be returned in their original condition.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Email us at admin@carriebarlatier.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged.
We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
Pack the item carefully using the original packaging. Include the RA number inside the package and write it on the outside.
Ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

If the return is due to our error, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal or lesser value. The exchange process follows the same steps as a return:
Additional Cost: If the exchange item costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Custom commission pieces are non-refundable as they are created specifically for you.
